FINALIZE ENROLLMENT

You will complete Judah’s online application. The application will be reviewed by the division principal, and you will be contacted if further information is needed.

You will be contacted by the Office of Admissions to schedule your child’s elementary screening or secondary placement test. Testing times and availability vary by grade level.

You will be scheduled for a family meeting with the division principal(s). In this meeting, we share screening & placement results, and it is a chance for you and the principal(s) to discuss any final questions or concerns.

Once the above steps have been fully completed, you may receive an offer of acceptance to Judah Christian School. 

If an offer is extended, you will finalize your student's enrollment at JCS by completing the instructions in your acceptance email.

PRESCHOOL THROUGH GRADE 12 APPLICATIONS

APPLYING FOR PRESCHOOL

When to Apply

If your child has turned three by September 1 and is fully toilet-trained, he/she is eligible for Judah Christian School's preschool program.  JCS encourages families to begin the application process in February but will accept applications until enrollment limits are reached. 

If you wish to enroll mid-year, please contact admissions@judah.org (217-359-1701) to inquire about classroom availability.

Preschool Application Process

  1. First, Create an Account on our admissions portal.
     

  2. After account creation, log-in to your account and create a New Student application for your child.  Should you need to logout while completing the application, your work will be saved.
     

  3. Complete and submit your application (a $75 application fee will be due at the time of submission).
     

  4. After submission, your preschool application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted if any further information is needed.
     

  5. An admissions decision will be made and will be sent to you from the Judah Admissions Office.

*A New Student Application fee of $75 must accompany your application. Similarly, there is an Enrollment fee at the time of acceptance & enrollment to the school. Both fees are non-refundable.
